We need to remember to wear a mask and social distance. There will be chairs spaced out but no tables. PLEASE DRESS ACCORDINGLY. This is an outside covered space with a gravel floor. Bathrooms will be available inside the pavilion. Individually wrapped snacks will be provided by the board. Please bring your own hot drink. There is plenty of parking but PLEASE no parking on the grass.
We will meet at the Fairgrounds directly behind the Leslie Lewis Pavilion June 21st, and evaluate for fall.
New officer nominations will be announced in April, voting in May and installation in June for our 2021-2022 year. We will discuss what volunteer positions are available, the pre-tour, as well as the day of the tour and faire.
