What catches the eye from the street are the large rock steps leading up to the front entrance along with some artistically pruned trees and shrubs. There are also rock retaining walls and a lawn. Ten truckloads of boulders were used in the front and back yards. David and Linda keep the entire property meticulously maintained.
David worked for ADEC for 32 years prior to retiring and Linda is a Teaching Assistant in the Amity school district. They worked together to build a large deck which is a major feature of the back yard.
