McMinnville Garden Club’s 25th Annual Faire
Sunday before Father’s Day
The Garden Faire is a “no admission” companion event held in conjunction with our Annual Garden Tour and is located on Cowls Street between 1st and 3rd Streets in historic downtown McMinnville.
Faire hours are 9 am to 4 pm (setup begins at 6:30 am).
If you are interested in participating as a vendor, we offer a choice of 4 different space configurations to choose from (you may choose more than one):
- 10 x 10 space @ $ 75 ea.
- 10 x 20 space @ $ 125 ea.
- 10 x 30 space @ $ 200 ea.
- 10 x 40 space @ $ 250 ea.

Here’s what you need to do:
- Download the 2026 Garden Faire Vendor Registration Form and complete it.
- Email the form to Ruth Corsi. Please do this before step 3 below to help us with our processing time.
- Then mail the form along with your payment to:

Upon receipt of your notice, we will save your spot pending our receipt of your payment.
